Increase in the number of guests

We are already seeing an increased need for our services since MERA (Montana Emergency Rental Assistance) funding ran out. Sadly, the renters who received the aid can't afford to pay the full housing costs and are having to move. Unfortunately, due to funding and to accommodate this growth, we will be once again cutting back on load limits. We have several grants out on us and If we are awarded them, it can take 6-8 weeks to receive the funding.
