Sleeping in Parking Lots

Last night as I drove into Hamilton from an exhausting day, hungry and ready to be home for the night, I looked over into a parking lot. There they were, in two different cars, two different guests, parked for the night to get some rest. My feelings of exhaustion, being hungry and being

ready to be home took on a new feeling. My heart broke, and it took everything I had to keep driving. I know them and their vehicles and have been told their story. I have many people that are surprised by how busy we are when they hardly see a homeless person. They are here, I am sure you have driven by them, as I have, settling down from the stressful day in their car hoping that they won’t have a knock on the window telling them they have to leave.
