Running low on much-needed items

We’re in the process of reorganizing our storage at Loads of Dignity, and with the increased need for hygiene products and laundry detergent, we’re working to create a more efficient and organized space to better serve our guests.

We are currently looking for:

• Sturdy shelving units for storage

• Towels (new or gently used)

• Laundry detergent (pods are especially helpful)

Hygiene items (full-size or travel-size):

• Shampoo & conditioner

• Body wash (preferred over bar soap)

• Deodorant

• Toothbrushes & toothpaste

• Razors & shaving cream

• Children’s hygiene items

As we head into warmer months, we would also love to have a few things on hand for children who come in with their families—especially items that are easy to take along and don’t require much space:

• Crayons, coloring books, and activity books

• Small toys (fidget spinners, bubbles, small games, card games like Uno)

• Children’s books

• Simple arts and craft supplies

• Individually packaged snacks and juice

• Sticker books, mini puzzles, sidewalk chalk, reusable water bottles, small stuffed animals

These small things often make a big difference for the kids who walk through our doors.

If you have items you’re no longer using and would be willing to donate, we would be so grateful. Everything goes directly to supporting individuals and families in our community.
