I just received the latest information for the Community Dinners. Please pass on this information so everyone in our community that could use it has the information they need to get a warm meal for themselves and/or families. This is an amazing resource to not be used.
Meals are offered from 5-6 pm Mondays & Tuesdays Cornerstone Church at 280 Fairgrounds Road Hamilton, Wednesdays Assembly of God Church 601 West Main Street Hamilton and, Fridays St. Francis Church 411 South 5th Street Hamilton. No one is cooking for Thursday evenings yet.
It is all pick-up and they simply drive or walk up to the front door and volunteers will take their order for the # of meals and then it is bagged up and ready to take home and eat. The volunteers wear face masks over their noses and mouths, gloves, and use sanitizing spray routinely during the cooking and distribution process.
Families may order extra meals and refrigerate and/or freeze them.
